ISSA Hygieia Network is an ISSA Charities signature program dedicated to advancing women in the cleaning and facility solutions industry.
The Mentor of the Year award recognizes a mentor who has shown great leadership qualities and support to their mentee via the ISSA Hygieia Network Mentoring Program.
We are currently accepting nominations for our annual awards which will be presented at Hygieia's Awards Reception (November 18th) during ISSA Show North America 2026.
Our mission is to provide the programs, tools and support that enable all women in the cleaning and facility solutions industry to accelerate their careers and achieve their full potential.
Our vision is to make the industry one, in which, women actively choose careers because of unparalleled inclusiveness and the development and advancement opportunities they can access.
Nominations will be evaluated by a select group of jury members.
