    We are excited to invite you to express your interest in joining one of Hygieia's four key committees: Programming, Networking, Career Development, and Recruitment and Onboarding. Your involvement will play a vital role in advancing our mission and creating meaningful experiences for our community. Whether you're a current committee member transitioning from a previous Hygieia committee or joining for the first time, we want to hear from you.Thank you for considering this opportunity to make an impact!

  • -   Programming Committee
    This committee assists Hygieia in developing women in all industry segments, from front-line workers to management. The committee provides educational content such as webinars, on-demand videos, seminars, and other virtual resources to foster the personal and professional growth of women in the cleaning and facility solutions industry.

    - Networking Committee
    This committee will assist Hygieia in organizing conferences and meet-and-greets in the US and abroad to promote member networking and engagement; develop and support Regional Communities for engagement, information, and leadership; and fulfill responsibilities related to producing and promoting the Annual Awards Reception during the ISSA Trade Show.

    - Career Development Committee
    This committee is dedicated to fostering professional growth and development within the Hygieia community. The committee will oversee the development and implementation of various initiatives, including the Hygieia Resource Library, Male allyship, Hygieia's involvement in the McKinsey Women in the Workplace Study, Hygieia’s mentoring program, and other program activities. Our goal is to provide valuable resources and support to help our community advance their careers and achieve their full potential.

    -   Recruitment and Onboarding Committee
    Hygieia's Recruitment and Onboarding Committee will recruit, engage, and retain members from all industry sectors, buying groups and ISSA member organizations. They will lead efforts to increase participation in Hygieia’s key initiatives, mentoring program, educational conferences, webinars, regional communities, and committees and will create a recruitment, retention and onboarding plan.
